The conventional techniques for installing valley gutters are a problematical ones. The use of factory-formed sections in traditional materials often results in leaks, as the natural cycle of expansion and contraction causes joint systems to fail. By eliminating joints the desired results of preventing water penetration can be achieved.

The JWD seamless aluminium valley gutter is roll-formed on site to precise dimensions required. In most cases in one continuous length.

Each gutter is extruded to match the profile and dimensions of the existing defective gutter.

The system is lightweight, easy to fit, and being powder coated is highly durable. This is a cost effective and permanent solution to valley gutter problems and is suitable for both new build and refurbishment programmes.
