JWD Seamless Aluminium Guttering is a highly effective, low cost and durable system which is suitable for both new and replacement projects in domestic and commercial settings. It is roll-formed on site in continuous lengths from a mobile profiling machine, and cut to the precise dimensions of the building - there are no joints in the running lengths.

The 5”/125mm Ogee profile, concealed fixings and factory applied polyester baked-on coating ensure clean lines and a traditional look.

JWD Seamless Gutters are light and easy to install which keeps fixing costs to a minimum. However, the roll-formed profile and internal hangers placed at a maximum of 18”/450mm centres ensure a tough and rigid installation which will easily withstand normal ladder weight.

End caps are pre-manufactured and crimped to the gutter before being sealed with a high quality silicone sealant.

Corners are achieved using either rivetted aluminium mitres or polyurethane locking corners, depending upon specification. In each case the same high quality silicone sealant is used.

Outlets for rainwater pipes can be placed anywhere in the gutter run. An outlet hole is punched or cut and a combined self-sealing leaf trap and outlet is installed. This can be connected to any suitable downpipe.

As an optional extra a strong rot-proof gutter grid is available to reduce the possibility of blocked pipes in locations of heavy leaf fall.

Fixing is normally directly to the fascia board, or stone/ brickwork, using stainless steel ring shank nails, passing through the back stops of the internal brackets. There are no visible fixings from ground level in normal circumstances, however we can fabricate external brackets if these are required for aesthetic purposes or in areas of exceptionally high snowfall.
