The JWD “Nimbus” range of box gutters are of profiled aluminium sheet section but can be fabricated in a variety of materials.
The "Nimbus range is available in five sizes. Non standard sizes also fabricated to customer requirements. Front wall available at most angles, further front bend also available.
"Nimbus" box gutters are sutiable for "direct fix" at 600mm centres or "fascia bracket" fixing at maximum 900mm centres. It is recommended that when using fascia brackets additonal support by direct fixing be used especially on the larger profiles. Expansion co-efficients are incorporated into the gutter design. Extra fixings are recommended near fittings.
N.B. All gutter lengths, angles and outlets are suplied with ONE internal jointing clip. If the gutter is to be direct fixed (no brackets), top straps are required at 600mm centres. i.e. five for each standard length of gutter. All jointing screws, nuts and washers are supplied in "mill finish" only.
